Cupcake Proposal

I had the pleasure of recently photographing an editorial shoot for
Sweet Peony Custom Cakes.

Cupcakes are the latest MUST HAVE ACCESSORY at weddings right now and for good reason. OMG!! I was in a cupcake coma after our shoot, as Katie very kindly let our team take all the tasty 'cupcake models' home to devour :D DROOL!!! I shared though, really I did :) ask my friends who were invited over for a sampling afterwards :)

Katie Leaird is the mastermind and pastry chef behind Sweet Peony, a truly talented lady who was born to bake! From cupcakes to pastries, birthdays to weddings.....give Katie a call and set up your consultation for your wedding, party or upcoming event. You and all your guests can too be in sweet peony heaven!!!

Here are just some of my favorites from our shoot. Kudos to our beautiful models, Lydia Chen and Steven Brooks and to Heather Arcega, our fashion designer who designed and made our stunning dresses!! Thank you guys!

Bimbo's 365 Lovebirds

I am always both delighted and honored when some of my fave friends and fellow photographers ask me if I am available to second shoot a wedding with them. Especially right after spending 3 days with me in Vegas 24/7 :)

Not only is so much fun to work with another professional I respect, it's also great to take a back seat and be creative in the background.

I accompanied my gal pal and awesome photographer Lori Paladino on Saturday, for Kate and Mikes Wedding at the phenomenal St Dominics Church followed by a reception at Bimbos 365

Two fantastic city locations, and the most adorable couple who are clearly meant for each other.

I sneaked them both out for this nightshot before the evening came to a close.

Congratulations Guys

Genevieve & Dave are getting married!

Genevieve & Dave are getting married next April at the beautiful Wine and Roses in Lodi.

We scheduled their engagement session this year so they can use some of the images for 'save the date' cards, another great reason for an engagement session, which we offer complimentary with all our wedding packages.

We had alot of fun Friday nite, we started off at the Legion of Honor, which had lots of fog rolling in, classic San Francisco!! then we headed downtown to North Beach to capture some city portraits. Naturally we couldn't help ourselves and grabbed some fun shots embracing the city's North Beach Italian/Strip Club Culture :) and a nice image outside Genevieves Dad's favorite Pizza Joint.

I cant wait till April!!! Congratulations Guys! xo
