Escape to Alcatraz E-Session

Luke and Lissa are getting married in September this year. I have been excited to shoot an engagement session on the island of Alcatraz for a while now and I thought Lissa and Luke would be the perfect couple and they even live on Alcatraz Ave! It was fate! So off we headed, bearing the galeforce winds on the ferry over to Alcatraz for the afternoon. It was so much fun! Super windy, we had to take cover at one point, I could barely hold my camera straight. I also managed to land myself in some bird poop (classy) anything to get the shot right :)

Here are just a few faves from their session (I had so many faves it was a hard task choosing what to BLOG :)

Please Enjoy!

Melissa & Joes Engagement Session

Melissa and Joe are getting married next month, at the beautiful Stanford University Memorial Church. Super excited, the architecture of Stanford Church is just stunning and it's so much fun to shoot weddings there (wide angle lens a must have!) I cant wait!

Melissa and Joe were kind enough to drive up from the South Bay to the City and pick me up along the way for their e-session in the Golden Gate Park. The Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom along with some other beautiful colorful trees which I took advantage of using for some fun backdrops. Then we finished our session at the baseball pitches (where I got this great shot (above) of Melissa and Joe.

I beg to differ on Joe's claim that they are the most un-photogenic people alive. I think the images clearly prove they are HOT STUFF! and a super fun couple to shoot, they just had fun with it and it was an absolute pleasure taking their pictures.

We ended the evening with some yummy chinese food at San Tung, thank you so much for dinner guys, it was delicious! :)

Amalia & Mike's Engagement

Amalia and Mike are getting married, this coming October!

I met up with them yesterday for their engagement session. Absolutely amazing day to be out photographing, beautiful hot sunny day, which we don't get enough of! I suggested we head over to the Headlands and it was so much fun, beautiful scenery, beach and stunning sunset!

I managed to get these engagements images ready super quick so Amalia and Mike can use one of the images for their Save the Date Cards, one of the great reasons to sign up for an engagement session, can't wait to see which one they pick!

Here are some of my personal faves from their session.

Congrats Guys!

Enjoy!
